This October i have joined Team HeartKids to challenge myself while raising money for HeartKids. Money raised will go towards funding support programs and expanding their services across Australia so no family going through this feels alone.

So join me in this fundraiser on behalf of Ana-Marija and lets show our support and love towards all the heart warriors that are still here with us and to all the heart angels who's heart unfortunantly stopped beating.
